What is CPM™?
CPM (Construction Payment Management™) is a secure, easy-to-use online solution that improves the construction progress claim management process. Claim management is dramatically improved through faster, less expensive, and more accurate handling; collection and exchange of supporting documents; and significantly improved visibility and decision-making tools.
Who benefits from CPM?
CPM provides benefits to all participants in the construction hierarchy: Owners / Developers, Head Contractors, Subcontractors and even Sub-Tier Subcontractors. Lenders and third-party organisations that are involved in the payment process also benefit from using CPM.
Why should I use CPM instead of my current process?

How quickly can I be up and running on CPM?
For Head Contractors, once the decision is made to use CPM, implementation will take approximately 30-45 days, depending on the complexity of the project.
For Subcontractors, getting set up and submitting your first claim can be completed in less than 30 minutes. Submitting subsequent claims takes only 5-10 minutes!
I am reluctant to put my company information on CPM. Is CPM secure?
Yes. Data entered into CPM is encrypted and password protected. Only users you provide access to are able to see private information. CPM is also subject to regular audits to verify ongoing security.
